Px3Auto Guarantees your satisifaction, or you can send your purchase back within 30 days from receipt of the order. All parts must be in original condition for this guarantee to apply. When returning parts, please include tracking and insurance. If part is damaged in transit back to us, it is your responsibility to file all necessary insurance claims.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance will not be refunded unless the reason for return is because of a mistake on our end. Money will be refunded in the same manner that it was originally received. If that is not possible, a company check will be mailed.

We recommend using USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all Domestic return items.

Px3Auto offers a Lifetime replacement warranty on most of our products. If there is any defect in workmanship that causes the failure of our product at anytime, the product may be sent back to us, and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.

We do not cover your return shipping, however we will ship the replacement to you for free. We recommend using USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all return items.

We ship international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). When you place your order online, we will send you a confirmation of your order and a notice of shipping to the email address you provide.

USPS is our default carrier and our online shipping rates are based on USPS International Mail. This reliable shipping method represents the best value for shipping international packages.

While customs refusals are rare, Px3Auto makes no claims to be aware of specific requirements for each national and local customs department worldwide and cannot be held accountable should a customs department refuse to allow your order. Our customers are responsible for understanding the import policies and postal regulations of the country where they are requesting delivery. In the rare case that your package is refused by a customs department, we will refund your credit card for the full amount of the product after it has been returned to us, but Px3Auto is not responsible for associated shipping and handling charges.

Our primary option for international shipping is:

USPS International Mail: We prefer shipping via USPS because it is simple, inexpensive, and reliable. We use a 3rd party insurance on our packages for an additional fee. Please note: Px3Auto puts the full value on all packages. Taxes or duties that your country may impose are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not Px3Auto. It is against US law to falsify a customs form.

There is no time guarantee for delivery through USPS and packages are not trackable. The US Postal Service indicates that packages generally reach their destination country in 4-7 business days. This does not mean that your package will be delivered to you in 4-7 business days. When a package reaches the destination country, the destination country's customs office takes possession of the package and the amount of time each package remains in customs depends solely on the customs department. Once the package clears customs, delivery times are dependent on the destination country's postal service. Px3Auto has no control over worldwide customs departments or postal services. It is not uncommon for a package to take up to 6 weeks for delivery, if it gets hung up in customs. By adding your telephone number to your order, you help expidite your package through customs.
